The Morrison Foundation

The Morrison Foundation is destined to be a successful social services agency thanks to all of your hard work. Please search the web for an image of the building that you feel would be ideal for the Morrison Foundation. Please upload it so we can all review the choices.

I have a building in mind and I even found a picture of it, but it won't 'paste' here and I'm not seeing where I might add an attachment. Help?

I'm not sure if you are going to be able to open my choice for The Morrison Foundation. I picked this building because I think it would be a serene enviroment to have a Social Service Agency. It is in an open area and looks like it would be bright inside for the clients who need our services.

I tried it didn't work. Go to www.greatbuildings.com and under search put in J. Ford House. When you get to the screen click on J. Ford House and see what I think would be an ideal building/house for The Morrison Foundation.

Very cool house. I'd work there. I love the setting. It's very calming and I think clients would like spending time there.

I didn't think of pasting in a link to my picture - thanks for the idea!

Here's the link to a building I think would work very well. It's already in Waterbury, there's decent parking, it's on the bus line and right at the edge of downtown. It's got lots of room for expansion or subdivision to house other agencies (or services like daycare or vocational training for clients who attend). Plus, nothing of importance happens there anyway.

I think this is a nice project plan for a building to be able to have enough room to handle different parts of a human service organizatio. This way itsn't not too small as to only be able to handle certain issues.

Click on this link.

April,
You are so funny. That would be a great place.......

I found the perfect location for the Morrison Fondation. It is listed on:
listing.loopnet.com
It is located on 553 Plank Road
Waterbury,CT 06705
It is a very attractive brick building with 1500 square feet available, with immediate occupancy. It is a only $1,800 / month and is adjacent to Exit 25 off I-84. Sounds Perfect!!! For some reason the Real Estate Tax is only $2.00. I think it is a typo but would be nice for us if it were true.
What do you think April, would this be a consideration for your Foundation??

This looks like a good building although $1800 mo sounds high. Location is good as far as neighborhood, but it might be a haul for clients. I'm flattered that the foundation got my name, but I don't think the building needs my blessing...only Henry's!

April,
$1,800 does sound like alot of money but I have a few private backers that will help with that expense. LOL
